International shipping is available for some items.  Each Vendor will indicate if their items ship internationally however FREE SHIPPING does NOT apply to international shipping.   International shipping rates are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected at the time of placing the order.

All queries or concerns should be emailed to info@artiffects.com.  All emails will be responded to within 48 hours.   For more urgent responses please use our chatbot or live chat feature located on this and the HOME page.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive all relevant information for tracking your package(s).   Please check your email and spam mail if you do not see the email within 3 business days.

You can cancel or change your order by contacting the Vendor BEFORE the item has shipped.   Once shipped you will be responsible for returning the item if you have changed your mind or wish to make any changes to your order.  We require Vendors to ship all items within 72 hours or sooner unless communicated to the purchaser that there is a delay.

If the item is a custom order the turn around time will be listed by the Vendor on the order itself and you will be notified as soon as the item ships.

Please contact the Vendor directly to request a refund and to have a label mailed to you for return shipping.   There is a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee for items returned.

If a custom order please contact the Vendor on how they will handle a custom design return.   Custom created items may only be replaced with no refund available.   This will be determined by the Vendor.

Each package is mailed within 3 business days unless otherwise discussed with the purchaser.  Custom items will take 3 business days PLUS time as shown in tracking system PLUS the time needed to custom design the item purchased.   This make take up to 3 weeks depending on the time needed for the custom work to dry and cure for shipping.

The actual or estimated time can be found on the listing page or product listing.  Please feel free to contact the Vendor for more information on custom projects.

Since we are a multi Vendor site Artiffects does not hold or manage merchandise and is not able to insure prompt shipping.   However, we DO expect our Vendors to ship products within 3 days unless a custom ordered piece.   We also expect custom order to arrive within 6 weeks of date of order unless noted on the product page.

As an approved Vendor with Artiffects each Vendor is asked or required to insure all items sold are new and in working condition.   Each Vendor is required to list on their items or in their shop their warranty.  If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us to assist you by emailing us at info@artiffects.com

Most items have a replacement warranty that is the responsibility of the Vendor if the item was damaged in transit, if the item is not as expected, or if the package does not arrive.     Please contact your Vendor directly.
